About Debbie Masellli, LCPC
I am a U.S. military veteran, Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, and hospital chaplain, trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Military and First Responder Mental Health Coaching. As a pastoral counselor I can guarantee you a safe space and ensure complete clergy confidentiality, which means neither your employer nor your organization will ever be given any information about your private therapy sessions. My approach to counseling and coaching is designed to provide you with practical tools to help you succeed in both your career and in your personal relationships. Because trauma is a part of your everyday life, I offer you and your family spiritual and mental renewal and recovery tools for military members, veterans, first responders, and their families.
Services
Individual
I offer two options for individual growth and healing.
1. Personal development or relationship enhancement. In these 60 minute sessions you willl explore your God-given design and be given tools and guidance to live your best and healthiest self.
2. Trauma recovery and healing: (A.R.T.). These 60–90 minute sessions focus solely on Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) and address one trauma response or issue at a time. Because trauma responses are highly personal, A.R.T. sessions are always one‑on‑one.
Family
Family sessions help each person understand and value one another’s unique God-given design. In these 90 minute sessions, we learn how to use each person’s strengths for the good of the whole family, restore value and freedom to individuals, and work as a team. We also explore how roles and temperament interact and practice motivational tools that fit each person’s unique design.
Couples
Couples sessions help you embrace each other’s unique God-given design, value one another’s strengths, and turn partnership weaknesses into areas of growth. In these 90 minute sessions, you will work on healing relationship wounds, strengthening communication, and increasing genuine intimacy.

Confidentiality
What you share in session is treated with care and respect under pastoral and clergy confidentiality. This means neither your employer nor your organization will ever be given any information about your private therapy sessions. Your trust is sacred, and information is not shared with others except in rare situations where safety or the law requires it.
Empathy
Empathy grows from seeing each person’s unique God-given design and individual value. At Neume Counseling, you will learn to hear and validate yourself and others with greater insight and compassion.
